  • Do you need some expert guidance or coaching to help you tackle a tough situation, make a plan, or just figure out your next step?

    Our Coach-On-Call service is a one-time video meeting to discuss an issue you're facing. Choose between 60 or 90-minutes.

    If you want to bounce an idea or a problem off an expert, or just need help figuring out what to do next, this is a great option with no long-term commitment.

  • Our most popular program, the Three-Month Coaching Program consists of six 60-90 minute one-on-one calls, where we dive into the topics that are most pressing for you.

    Here is what is included:

    • Intake interview to determine your current state and biggest needs

    • A visioning session with creation of long-term and short-term goals

    • Assessments of people leadership and team engagement, and/or

    • Analysis of finances , pricing, and KPIs against industry benchmarks

    • Numerous resources, training and skills for long term application

    • But mostly, you’ll receive peace-of-mind and the confidence you need when you have a guide and partner for your practice ownership journey.

    • This program builds on the three-month program, but allow us to address many more aspects of your practice. A 10% savings.

  • A three-day hospital visit is a great investment that gets to the issues with faster impact. This will include reviews of:

    • Leadership Effectiveness

    • Team Engagement

    • Client Experience and Flow

    • Operational Processes

    • Facility Assessment
