I've spent 30 years in veterinary medicine, 15 as a practice owner and 11 as a corporate executive supporting more than 1,000 hospitals. I know what makes independent practices thrive — and I know what gets in the way.
I also know what it feels like to carry the weight of everything. The decisions. The team. The finances. The doubt. Pouring yourself into something you love and wondering why it still feels so hard.
That's why I started Reality Vet Coaching and Consulting. To give women practice owners what I never had: the support, skills, and guidance to build something extraordinary without spending years figuring it out alone.
